Hi friends! So Aidee pointed out to me Amazon is running some kindle deals through Saturday, June 16th. You can check out the list here. However, she had some specific titles she wanted to highlight, so hopefully some of them catch your interest! (Audible has a sale too, if you’re a member.) N.B. All prices listed she mentions as as of the time Aidee sent the post, which was June 13th.
The Black Wolves of Boston by Wen Spencer: This book is a new take on werewolves, faith, magic, and good versus evil. It’s a lot of fun, set in Boston with four main narrators; I’ve listened to this book multiple times and still laugh at the funny bits, even though I know them well by now. (Audible)
Tribute by Nora Roberts: I haven’t read this particular book, but Roberts consistently writes strong heroes and heroines, many of whom are artists or artisans. (Audible)
Come Away with Me by Kristen Proby: A photographer meets a guy who is hiding who he is in a beach town. I haven’t read this one either, but it sounds promising. (Audible)
Autoboyography by Christina Lauren: This sounds more young adult, but still sounds interesting, set in Utah, and featuring what sounds like a coming of age story. It’s only $3.20, which is quite cheap for an audiobook. (Audible)
Lessons in French by Laura Kinsale: I’ve read Kinsale’s angstier novels and loved them, and I’m curious to see/listen to Kinsale‘s take on “romantic comedy” as Audible describes this book. (Audible)
Dead Witch Walking by Kim Harrison: The first in a popular paranormal series, this offers a good chance to get started on a series that many others have enjoyed. (Kindle) Only $0.99 right now!
Sunshine by Robin Mckinley: I really enjoyed this book, it had vampires, a dystopic setting, and romantic elements. (Kindle) Currently $1.99
