This list is late, which is entirely my fault. The end of 2023 felt like it snuck up on me, and I’m terrible at looking for new books when I actively have to go and find them. Also, there is not a lot of romance on this list, but I am definitely looking forward to romance novels. The theme this year seems to be reading a lot of authors I’m familiar with. You’ll notice books by my favorite authors, like Nalini Singh, Sherry Thomas, Seanan Mcguire, and Patricia Briggs, among others. The list is roughly chronological, though it doesn’t make it past July because while I’m sure that there are many authors with books in the second half of the year, I wasn’t really able to find them.
